DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
By placing an order - in any form - our general sales terms and conditions are binding conflicting terms and conditions of the client in contrast, are ineffective.
All prices in our webshop are subject to confirmation, you will receive a separate confirmation from our Office.
payments
The calculation is performed to the list price applicable on the day of delivery. VAT will becharged separately at the legally specified amount invoiced. Our invoicesare payable within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. When exceeding the term of default interest at 2% above the official discount rate. Payments made by the purchaser shall first be offset against the costs, then the interest and the oldest invoices. Reductions for postage and transfer orders or similar charges will not be accepted.
All goods supplied by us remain our property until full payment of all future claims arising from the business relationship also - from whatever legal reason - our property.
deliveries
From a net value of EUR 500,-- we deliver free of postage and packaging paid within the German customs territory of cheapest way of our choice. For orders with a lower value of goods, we charge a flat fee of EUR 30,-- net. Should the buyer request a particular mode of transport, the resulting additional costs will be charged. For dry ice shipments we charge EUR 50,-- net per shipment.
exchange
Redemption or conversion can be done with us by prior arrangement only. Claims can only be considered if they are made immediately but no later than four days after receipt of the goods.
liability
All shipments are made at the expense and risk of the buyer. We take no responsibility for breakage and any resulting consequences and reject claims for compensation. From the obligation of delivery, we are free when we are hampered by circumstances to remedy does not lie in our power, made delivery impossible or intolerable manner (eg by a strike or lockout). Right of withdrawal

Consequences of revocation
